We have blood pudding in Sweden too but we eat it with lingonberry jam and bacon. Yum!
I don’t know of any restaurants serving it though but I’d be happy to cook you some.
We have a little European butcher shop down the street that makes it. They make a huge assortment of sausage and salami and other stuff. I just got some to try. They said it was just good on the grill.
